  • 新增行程類別 票券 (不指定使用時間)票券管理
    • 新行程類別票券 (不指定使用時間) 可在票價/銷售期間的步驟綁定票券後開始銷售
    • 由 MySite 我的預訂網站、Widget、分銷商及內部下單購買此類別的票券,不用選擇出發日及場次
    • 新增票券管理功能模組,包含票券列表、票券庫存與已出票報表
    • 票券列表可新增票券資訊,或查看所有已設定完成的票券
    • 票券庫存可查看已售出及剩餘票券數量,或前往編輯各票券庫存數
    • 已出票報表可查看所有已產出票券的狀態與更新時間
  • 優化通路管理
    • 通路管理新增顯示通路串接範圍,包含:訂單、庫存、產品

Services updated on Rezio ADMIN and MySite

  • New Product Category: Ticket (No sessions) and “Tickets” module.
    • At the “Ticket Sales Settings” step of products under the new category “Ticket (No sessions)”, the users can link sales options with tickets and start selling.
    • When placing orders from MySite, Widget, or Distributors, the customers do not need to select a date for this type of ticket during their purchase.
    • “Tickets” module include: Ticket List, Ticket Quota, and Ticket Sales Report.
    • View or create new ticket settings in Ticket List.
    • View the remaining ticket amounts in Ticket Quota, or edit the quota for tickets.
    • View detailed ticket status and update time in Ticket Sales Report.
  • Optimized Channel Manager.
    • Channel Manager now shows the scope of each channel integration, including Orders, Quotas, and Products.
    • Channel Instructions added in Channel Info.
  • In Booking Info, you can click "Add Fields for Contact Info Registration".
  • New “Contact Registration Report” to filter out the contact information of your checked-in customers.
  • And multiple items optimized.
