  • 新增訂單推播通知
    • Admin 預訂管理系統上方新增通知列表,顯示最新訂單推播通知
    • 於新訂單成立、訂單確認、訂單取消或異動,及訂單憑證異常時,商店所有使用者可收到推播通知
    • SUPER 及 KKday SUPER 方案使用者,若已開立多商店,可在通知列表同時查看多商店的訂單最新資訊
  • 新增訂單處理標籤
    • 訂單管理下新增標籤設定,可自訂訂單處理標籤或變更標籤使用狀態
    • 訂單詳情內可加入或移除訂單處理標籤,並顯示標籤於訂單詳情及訂單列表
    • 訂單列表可用訂單處理標籤篩選訂單
  • 訂單管理下新增報到與核銷獨立入口,可輸入訂單編號快速報到核銷

Services updated on Rezio ADMIN and MySite

  • Orders’ Push Notifications added.
    • New Notifications added on Admin header to show the latest order-related push notifications.
    • All store users will receive notifications when orders are created, confirmed, modified, cancelled, or when order voucher has an error.
    • Users with SUPER or KKday SUPER subscription plans can receive push notifications from multiple stores at the same time.
  • Order Process Tags added.
    • Tag Settings under Orders added for users to add custom Order Process Tags or switch tag statuses.
    • Users can add or remove Order Process Tags in Order Details. The tags will display on both Order Details and Order List.
    • Orders can be filter out by Order Process Tags as well.
  • Check-in and Redeem under Orders added for users to enter order numbers and quickly check-in and redeem vouchers.
  • Channel - KKday product supply optimized.
    • Renew Product Info in product channel settings is added to ensure channel price settings are using the latest pricing policies.
    • Sync Product Info to Channel in product channel settings is added to send the edited product settings to the channel.
    • Adjusted text instructions in Channel Settings.
    • Regenerate the order vouchers using Rezio QR Code, the system will automatically inform KKday to resend voucher to the customer.
  • Extend the “Multi-people” option in “By Person” type of pricing policy settings so that users can select a party size of 2 ~ 20 people.
  • Refund Instructions is added for orders paid by online payment. Users can see it in Order Details - Payment Record.

  • 地點新增欄位
    • 編輯行程-地點中新增或編輯目的地、會面點、兌換點時,新增必填地點城市
    • 新增地點的營業電話營業時間表營業時間文字說明可選填,使地點說明更豐富
  • 擴增接送路線至四種類型可選用:不指定時間接送路線固定時間接送路線相對時間接送路線允許顧客自行輸入接送需求
    • 相對時間接送路線提供去、回程參考時間換算,使路線設定更加方便明確
  • 編輯行程-接送設定改版
    • 選擇行程需要自行前往指定地點行程包含接送服務,並顯示在 MySite 我的預訂網站行程頁
    • 行程的去、回程可各別設定所需的接送路線,供顧客由 MySite 我的預訂網站或來自內部的訂單可選擇

Services updated on Rezio ADMIN and MySite

  • New fields added in Location.
    • New field, City, is a new required field in Edit Product - Location.
    • New fields to enrich location description: Business Phone, Business Hours, and Business Hour Description.
  • Extend Pickup settings to four types for your selection: Pickup routes without time, Fixed time routes, Relative time routes, and Allow customer to enter pickup requirement.
    • Reference Time of the relative time routes is calculated applying outbound and return session time for users to see the clearer time route settings.
  • Revisions of Edit Product - Pickup.
    • Select whether products need the customers to Reach the designated location by yourself, or Pickup services included in the itinerary. The selection will display on MySite product page.
    • Pickup routes can be set for Outbound and Return Routes separately. The customers will select their pickup preferences during the booking process.
    • The pickup routes will display on vouchers.
  • When customers request for order cancellation, the Reason for Cancellation, Cancellation Fee, and Estimated Refund will display in Order Details - Notes.
  • In Settings of Channel - KKday, users can now Sync Availability to Channel.
  • And multiple items optimized.
